Getting Started

When you feel ready to start the therapeutic process, please send me an email at Natasha@insighttelehealth.com or call me at 941-329-6417 and I will reach out to you via your preferred method of communication in order to answer any questions and/or concerns. I will then send you the necessary paperwork via email to initiate the process as well as login information for your Telehealth sessions.

60 minute Initial Assessment- $160

55-60 minute Therapy Session- $140

Payment is due at the time of service. Only credit card accepted.

In-network with Aetna (IL, NC, and FL), Quest (IL, NC and FL), Providence Health (IL, NC and FL), United Healthcare (IL and FL only), Oxford and Oscar Health (IL and FL only). BCBS of Illinois, Massachusetts and New Jersey (Horizon) are also in network.

I can also provide a superbill for out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement.
